1. Services
Cenit Studio INC provides commercial photography, brand photography, event photography, image editing, marketing research, customer research, competitor research, public opinion polling, survey design, audience analysis, campaign intelligence, reporting, and related project support.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is based on project scope, timeline, complexity, location, production requirements, research tools, survey distribution, vendor needs, and deliverables. Quotes may expire after the stated period. Additional work outside the approved scope may require additional fees.
3. Payments
Clients agree to pay invoices according to the stated terms. Deposits, milestone payments, or full payment may be required before work begins. Late or failed payments may delay, suspend, or cancel service delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, project requirements, approvals, schedules, brand materials, location access, and required permissions. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timelines.
5. Deliverables
Final deliverables may include edited photographs, research reports, survey summaries, polling analysis, campaign insights, or other approved materials. Raw files are not included unless agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Cenit Studio INC retains ownership of its internal methods, concepts, templates, frameworks, drafts, and processes. Clients receive usage rights to final paid deliverables according to the approved scope.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may require vendors, software platforms, survey providers, advertising tools, travel, production resources, or analytics services. Cenit Studio INC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, delays, or limitations.
8. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific revenue results, marketing performance, public opinion outcomes, sales, account approvals, or third-party decisions.
